These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of and purchase from adamdirani.com Web Services ("we", "our", "us"). By purchasing a service from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Services Provided

We provide web development and Shopify setup services as described on our website. Each package (Launch Base, Growth Essentials, Brand Premium) includes only the features outlined in its description. Additional services or features are considered add-ons and may incur extra charges.

Payment and Refunds

  • All payments are due in full at the time of purchase through our website checkout.
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • We do not accept chargebacks or payment reversals.
  • If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately at adam@adamdirani.com.

Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including brand details, content, images, and any other materials required to complete your project.
  • Delays in providing information or approvals may extend project timelines.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any materials you provide to us (e.g., logos, images, product data).

Timelines and Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is estimated at 10–14 business days once all required materials have been received.
  • Timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials, approvals, or access.

Revisions

  • Each service package includes a set number of revision rounds as specified.
  • Additional revisions outside of the package scope may be charged at an agreed rate.
  • Revisions are limited to the agreed scope of work. Requests for new features or major structural changes may require an upgrade or new order.

Third-Party Services

  • Our work may involve integration with third-party platforms and services such as Shopify, Google Workspace, Klaviyo, or similar.
  • We are not responsible for downtime, outages, limitations, or changes to third-party services.
  • Any fees associated with third-party apps, hosting, or subscriptions are the client’s responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for the commercial success of your store or business.
  • We do not guarantee specific sales results, revenue, or performance outcomes.
  • Our liability for any claim related to services provided is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you receive ownership rights to the completed website design and deliverables created specifically for you.
  • We retain the right to showcase non-confidential elements of completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
  • Our internal workflows, tools, templates, and processes remain our intellectual property and are not transferred.

Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client engages in abusive, illegal, or unethical behavior, or fails to provide necessary information for completion.
  • In the event of termination due to client breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
