This policy covers information you share when you use adamdirani.com or work with me.

1. What I collect

If you submit an engagement request, I receive the contact and brand details you enter, along with any files or notes you attach. If you contact me on WhatsApp, I receive your number and the messages you send. During an engagement I may also hold the materials you send me to do the work.

2. How it is used

I use this information to review requests, reply to you, deliver the work, invoice, and keep ordinary business records. I do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.

3. Confidentiality

Brand, commercial and operational details you share with me are kept confidential and used only for the engagement. That duty continues after the work ends, unless you ask me to refer to the work publicly.

4. Payments

Payment is handled by invoice or another method we agree in writing. I do not store your card details.

5. Tools that help run the site

The site and form use hosting, spam protection and email delivery services to handle requests. Their own policies apply to that processing. If you choose WhatsApp, its privacy policy also applies.
