This policy outlines how your information is collected and used when you interact with adamdirani.com.

1. Information collected

When you book a Brand Diagnostic Session through Cal.com, I collect your name, email address, website URL, and any optional notes you provide at booking. No other pre-session materials are required.

For custom engagements agreed outside Cal.com, I collect the information needed to deliver that work — typically name, email, billing details, and project-specific context you provide directly.

2. Payment processing

Session payments are collected at booking through Cal.com, which processes payments via Stripe. I do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card number or payment credentials. Payment data handled through Cal.com is governed by Cal.com’s privacy policy and Stripe’s own policies.

For custom work invoiced separately, payments may be processed through Stripe or another agreed method. The same principle applies: I do not store your card details.

3. How your information is used

Your information is used to deliver the services you purchased or agreed to — conducting sessions, sending follow-up documents, scheduling, invoicing, and communicating about your engagement.

Billing information is collected for tax and invoicing compliance where applicable. I do not run automated marketing newsletters, and I will never sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Confidentiality

Information shared during a session or custom engagement — including brand positioning, creative direction, commercial context, technical systems, and business operations — is treated with strict confidentiality. It is used only to deliver the agreed work.

5. Third-party services

This site embeds Cal.com for session booking. Cal.com may load scripts and set cookies as part of its booking widget. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.
